A universal carpet cutter for trimming car carpet, vinyl and heavy-duty fabrics, 230mm long. The extra-long nose slides along and separates the carpet rows while the spring arms press the material down and towards the SK5 steel blade, giving a straight, clean cut along a wall, sill or panel edge without the blade wandering.

Practical tip: when fitting new car carpet or a boot liner, cut it slightly oversize first, press it into place, then trim the final edge in one pass with the nose of the cutter held hard against the panel; a sharp blade matters more than force, so change it as soon as it starts to drag.
